A Community Effort
Strategic Partners
Governmental Partners Through public-private partnership, DignityMoves works directly with cities and counties to assess their interim housing needs in the context of their broader homelessness strategic goals. We then collaborate to identify suitable vacant land, design site plans and programs, and manage the development. Importantly, we partner with governments on community outreach to engage positive support from the community.
Development Partners We have assembled a team of world-class companies working to reimagine together how we build housing in a way that is as fast, cost-effective and scalable as possible. Because we build to “Emergency Building Codes," this type of innovative approach requires a team that works closely together on project after project, allowing us to iterate and continually improve our processes and shorten timelines.
Gensler
Gensler, one of the most reputable architectural firms in the US, has been our strategic partner since our inception. With a trauma informed lens, Gensler is leading our other strategic partners in the continuous improvement of our unique model while placing a high priority on building communities that are not only functional but aesthetically pleasing.

Swinerton
Swinerton is one of the leading general contractors in the US. Their team collaborates closely with our other strategic partners to streamline our projects, reduce project costs, and increase efficiency.

PAE
PAE, leaders in sustainable engineering design, is working fully pro-bono to help us realize our vision of improving the sustainability and energy efficiency of each project.
Modular Manufacturing Partners DignityMoves is able to build our communities rapidly and cost-effectively thanks to a select handful of partners who work with us to produce custom-designed prefabricated and modular buildings.

Boss Cubez
Boss Homes custom-designed a line of products for DignityMoves called Boss Cubez. Boss has been a partner with DignityMoves from the beginning, sharing our vision of rapid, cost-effective solutions. Boss Cubez are easily assembled on-site and are the primary product we use for our temporary Pop-Up communities including San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and others on the way.

Connect Homes
Our staff first worked with Connect Homes in building LifeMoves Mountain View. Thanks to our partnership with Connect Homes, we were able to complete Labath Landing in under 8 months, the only project to accomplish under Homekey 2 across the entire State.

Factory_OS
Factory_OS combines pioneering technology with tried-and-true manufacturing methods to build multifamily modular buildings more efficiently and at a lower cost. Factory_OS partnered with DignityMoves to provide the modular units for Dignity Village in Alameda.
