A Community Effort

Strategic Partners

It takes an all-hands-on-deck and collaborative approach to end unsheltered street homelessness. Through public-private partnership, DignityMoves works directly with cities and counties to identify and develop underutilized land for interim supportive housing. We have assembled a team of world-class companies working to reimagine together how we build housing in a way that is as fast, cost-effective and scalable as possible. Because we build to “Emergency Building Codes,” this type of innovative approach requires a team that works closely together on project after project, allowing us to iterate and continually improve our processes and shorten timelines. We also rely on the generosity and support of our community and funding partners who believe that we need new, outside-the-box solutions as the old ways of addressing homelessness clearly are not working.

Funding Partners

We rely on the generosity and commitment of our community and funding partners who share our belief that bold, innovative solutions are needed, as traditional approaches to homelessness are no longer enough. The individuals and organizations listed below have made significant contributions over the past 12 months, helping us drive meaningful change.

Government Partners

Through public-private partnership, DignityMoves works directly with cities and counties to assess their interim housing needs in the context of their broader homelessness strategic goals. We then collaborate to identify suitable vacant land, design site plans and programs, and manage the development. Importantly, we partner with governments on community outreach to engage positive support from the community.

Partner Service Providers

We partner with leading social service providers that deliver comprehensive, wrap-around support to residents. Access to supportive services and intensive case management is critical to successful outcomes.

Policy Partners

We have together a coalition of forward-thinking policy partners committed to reimagining how California addresses unsheltered homelessness. Together, we’re working to shape a system that supports fast, cost-effective, and scalable solutions, including interim supportive housing.
