DignityMoves is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the growing crisis of homelessness and empowering individuals and families to lead a life of dignity. Through an innovative approach that involves utilizing undeveloped land that can be borrowed for a few years or longer, DignityMoves provides temporary housing solutions and support services for those in need. In an effort to expand our reach and impact across the US nationally and into Canada, we are launching the Fast Forward Fund, a three-year, $100 million campaign aimed at supporting innovative and effective programs that address the root causes of homelessness and provide much-needed assistance to those in need by first getting them off the streets and into private individual secure housing.

2. Comprehensive Support: The Fast Forward Fund will not only provide housing solutions but also partner with best-in-class local service providers, ensuring a holistic approach to combating homelessness without reinventing the wheel.

In manycases, each dollar from the fund will be matched with city, county, and state funds, as well as local philanthropic donations, creating a potential 5X to 7X multiplier effect, resulting in a $500-700 million impact.
5. Cost Advantage: DignityMoves’ initiatives typically cost as low as $50k per unit installed, providing up to a 10X cost advantage over other government-funded interim housing. This means that the $500-700 million in impact will have the effect of $5-7 billion, putting us in a position to potentially eliminate unsheltered homelessness within the next five years.
