Roquita Coleman-Williams is a seasoned executive and social impact leader with more than 25 years of experience scaling complex organizations, building strategic partnerships, and translating ambitious ideas into action. At DignityMoves, Roquita focuses on national expansion, bringing together business, government, philanthropic, and community leaders to help communities develop locally supported solutions to unsheltered homelessness.

Prior to joining DignityMoves, Roquita held senior leadership roles with UPS, CN, Lucid Motors, and Uber Freight. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale operations and transformation initiatives, stewarded billion-dollar businesses, and developed more than $700 million in strategic partnerships. Her experience spans operations, growth, organizational transformation, and public-private collaboration, giving her a unique ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build the coalitions required to move bold ideas forward.

Roquita has also spent decades advancing philanthropic and community impact alongside her corporate career, helping mobilize more than $50 million in philanthropic and community investment and supporting organizations working to expand opportunity and strengthen communities. She brings that intersection of business leadership and social impact to DignityMoves, helping communities turn urgency into action and creating the partnerships and infrastructure necessary to take DignityMoves’ innovative interim housing model to scale nationally.
