Kim Laughton

Kim Laughton served as President of Schwab Charitable, helping to grow and scale the organization into one of the country’s largest donor advised fund providers and grantmaking charities. Her leadership journey also included key roles at Charles Schwab & Co., Citibank and Bain & Co.  She currently serves on the boards of the Equitable Funds family, the Center for Conscientious Leadership, the Giving Compass Network and the Harris & Eliza Kempner Fund. Kim earned her AB/BS in Economics and Biology from Stanford an MBA from Harvard Business School and was a Stanford DCI Fellow.
