Kelly Snider
VP, Expansion
Kelly has been working in real estate development since she graduated from SUNY Albany with a degree in Geography. Since then, in addition to getting her Master in City Planning from MIT, she has worked for public agencies, mixed-use REITs, homebuilders, land-bankers, multi-family rental developers, and even a family office to bring more housing at every price point to every corner of California. Most recently, she was the Director of the Certificate in Real Estate Development (CRED) program at San Jose State University, and still maintains an affiliation as an adjunct faculty member for their School of Planning, Policy, and Environmental Studies.
Kelly loves big cities with great transit, and especially loves riding her step-thru bicycle for everyday transportation. She thinks communities are healthiest when they are diverse, walkable, and allow for spontaneous interactions between people who might otherwise seldom cross paths. She is raising her three kids in downtown San Jose with her husband and two cats.
