What is DAF Day?

DAF Day (October 9) is a national day of action that mobilizes charitable dollars already set aside in Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs). With more than $229B sitting in DAFs nationwide, DAF Day turns resources on the sidelines into immediate, local impact—fueling solutions that bring people indoors with dignity.

What DignityMoves is raising money for:

We’re raising $150,000 by November 30, a catalytic first 5% of our $3M Capacity to Scale Campaign. Early capital accelerates momentum, signals confidence to future funders, and helps unlock millions in public funding. Your support expands our capacity to deliver cost-effective, rapidly deployable interim supportive housing and move thousands more neighbors off the street and on a path to stability.
